About The Position

The Director, HR Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for advising senior executives, shaping workforce and organizational strategies, and driving talent initiatives that enable meaningful business outcomes. As the primary HR point of contact for assigned business groups, this role partners closely with the broader HRBP community and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, data driven people solutions. In this role, you’ll balance strategic advisory work with hands on operational leadership to ensure your client groups have the talent, capabilities, and organizational clarity needed to achieve their goals. You enjoy working at the executive level while staying grounded in the day to day realities of the business. Your ability to build trust, influence leaders, and translate business needs into actionable people strategies will be essential to your success. This is a Hybrid position located in our Frisco, TX office. We value in-office collaboration and meaningful interactions, so expect that you will be able to be in the office on a regular basis according to team needs. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to the Frisco, TX office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a senior level HRBP
  • Demonstrated success advising senior executives and shaping organizational strategy
  • Strong expertise in org design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
  • Ability to interpret people analytics and provide data‑driven recommendations
  • Exceptional influencing, consulting, and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience leading large-scale projects.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Background and interest in fast‑paced, high‑growth, or matrixed environments
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on people‑related decisions aligned to business goals, and act as primary point of contact for leaders within the assigned functional group
  • Drive workforce planning, including headcount strategy, talent pipelines, and future‑state capability needs and lead organizational effectiveness efforts n client group to optimize structure, roles, and ways of working
  • Shape hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipelines through strong partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive change initiatives through strong communication, leader enablement, and effective change management practices
  • Analyze and share people insights, trends, and analytics to inform decisions, identify risks, and drive team effectiveness
  • Provide initial coaching, consultation, and guidance to leaders on employee relations matters - partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and Employee Relations teams to appropriately escalate and manage complex cases
  • Ensure seamless delivery of integrated HR and talent solutions across employee lifecycle, driving high performance of leaders and teams
  • Foster a collaborative HRBP community focused on continuous improvement and business impact, expanding leadership scope and influence across the HRBP community and larger HR organization
  • Partner with Compensation on leveling, pay decisions, and rewards strategies that ensure fairness and market alignment
  • Collaborate with Talent Development to identify capability gaps and implement leadership and team development solutions
  • Drive initiatives that reinforce an inclusive, high‑performing culture aligned with company values, and leverage engagement data and listening mechanisms to drive follow‑through and strengthen team health
