Director, HR Business Partner - Global Tax and Treasury
About The Position
The Director, HR Business Partner – Global Tax & Treasury partners with senior leaders to translate function strategy into people and culture priorities, with a focus on organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. This role serves as a trusted advisor, helping global leaders build organizational capabilities that enable performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic agility, strong executive stakeholder management, and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach. They are skilled at navigating complexity, driving organizational transformation, and fostering high-performing connected teams. This leader will play a key role in cultivating an engaging, inclusive, and energizing culture across a diverse global function.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.

- Experience supporting Tax, Treasury or other highly specialized functions.

Responsibilities
- Leads people and culture processes and initiatives across the assigned group including talent assessment, talent planning, and development strategies to select, retain and develop critical talent, performance management, team development and engagement action planning.
- Provides partnership and practical solutions to improve performance and engagement, increase productivity, understand talent needs and mitigate people risk for the function.
- Partners to manage the development of people strategies that support function/business strategies and objectives and supports and influences key operational and strategic decisions.
- Drives strategic focus and action towards diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and goals.
- Uses metrics and analytics to assess and manage overall organizational health of the function to influence decisions and deliver significant insights.
- Provides thought leadership to the planning and delivery of core human resources processes ranging from performance and talent management, leadership development to change management and organizational design, including spans and layers work.
- Participates as an active member of the human resources community, building relationships across the human resources team and provides partnership on other human resources initiatives and projects while identifying and sharing strategies and solutions.
