The position calls for strong cross-functional and cross-regional leadership and adherence to Corcept’s principles of collaboration, embracing possibility, following the data, and leading by doing. This is a headquarters-based position with travel as required (15%). The stated pay range is $192,000–$260,000. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Strong expertise in health economic modeling, real-world evidence, and comparative effectiveness research.

  • In-depth knowledge of US and global healthcare systems, global HTA requirements, and clinical development, and ability to identify evidence gaps and formulate evidence generation and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated global HEOR strategies for pipeline and marketed oncology products, aligned with regulatory, market access, and reimbursement requirements across key geographies.
  • Contribute to and drive end-to-end evidence generation plans across the product lifecycle, integrating clinical, economic, and real-world evidence.
  • Execute and oversee development of ex-US value dossiers aligned with clinical, economic, and epidemiologic evidence and payer and HTA requirements.
  • Oversee design and execution of real-world and observational studies, including retrospective studies, prospective cohorts, and registries.
  • Lead development and adaptation of cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
  • Lead design and execution of indirect treatment comparisons, external control arm studies, and other comparative effectiveness approaches.
  • Oversee systematic literature reviews and evidence syntheses to support HTA submissions, modeling inputs, and broader evidence strategies.
  • Provide strategic input into HTA submissions and payer engagement, ensuring evidence packages address key uncertainties and support reimbursement outcomes.
