About The Position

The Director of HCP Marketing will play a leading role in executing the launch for Replimune’s first product, RP1. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for creating and executing the tactical marketing plans for RP1 in PD-1 failed Melanoma. This person will help build the campaign and launch plan to ensure commercial success for RP1. As a member of a small and agile commercial team, this role will work across the organization to ensure commercial and company success. This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Equivalent life science career experience would be accepted.
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing, sales, or other commercial roles in the life sciences industry, directly or as agency partner in strategic and operational role, preferably including 2-3+ years working in oncology solid tumors or other related specialty areas.
  • Launch experience in oncology or specialty care products is required and skin cancer experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills appropriate to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and influence cross-functional teams within an organization.
  • Flexible, adaptable, diplomatic, and able to effectively deal with ambiguity and solve problems through innovative thinking.
  • Possesses a good blend of strategic and operational experience with the ability to see the big picture and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct business travel outside Massachusetts approximately 10-25% of time

Responsibilities

  • Lead RP1 HCP marketing, working with a cross functional launch team to develop and execute the marketing strategies for the initial launch of RP1 in PD-1 failed melanoma.
  • Identifies and seeks input from internal and external experts (KOLs, Patients, Caregivers, & Advocacy groups) to ensure our tactical plans achieve the highest ROI as possible and that we adapt our tactics based on their success and the needs of the customer.
  • Manages commercial advisory board meetings to ensure insights are gathered to inform success of launch and adapt as necessary in the post approval setting.
  • Develop actionable launch initiatives along with KPIs to measure their performance.
  • Collaborates and plays a leading role in the annual strategic brand plan and tactical plan.
  • Establish effective partnerships cross functionally including insights & analytics, medical affairs, R&D, market access, regulatory, operations, and others to ensure success of the launch.
  • Lead contact for HCP AOR, campaign development, and personal and non-personal strategies.
  • Manage agency relationships and budgets that effectively achieve desired goals that are balanced with the financial objectives of the broader commercial organization.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as US healthcare laws and regulations.
