This role is responsible for developing and implementing employee digital experience vision, strategies, and roadmaps that address business needs and future growth. The Director will understand internal and external environments through research, in-depth understanding of business and employee needs, industry trends, vendor/platform capabilities, and best practices. They will build and maintain an HR digital Roadmap based on the organization’s vision, goals, and success metrics, functional area strategies, user input, target architecture, and market research. The role requires seeking out innovative solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to choose the best options. The Director will bring the voice of the business and employee into the roadmap, ensuring that features delivered are aligned with the intended business outcomes and add value to end users and meet strategic expectations. Additionally, the role involves providing high-quality Program Management for on-time delivery of product implementation and enhancements, ensuring high-quality change management and implementation plans are developed with the business, and understanding all associated workflows and impacts. The Director will be able to understand, capture, and communicate business needs to get solutions right the first time, meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program/project issues and decisions, and work with IT/Digital Solutions to ensure digital change control processes are well documented and tested. They will develop and deliver budgets, operating plans, change management plans, and reports for the programs, serve as the primary point of contact for implementation activities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet scheduled milestones. Accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle is essential, as is assuring HCM delivery at new Keolis contract startups in relatively short time frames. The role also includes building a strategic, best-in-class HRIS function that enables the business to drive results, leading the HRIS team to ensure services delivered and systems administration continually meet customer expectations and human resources standards, and leading continual improvement of the team's capability through strong development to industry best standards. The Director will use team and own expertise to solve organizational challenges. As a Product Owner, they will manage and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and established roadmap practice governance, delivery, reporting, and change management. They will be the steadfast gatekeeper of the integrity of the data and structure of the HCM system, ensuring standards and common practices. Streamlining, monitoring/measuring, and enabling workflows within the me@keolis framework is also a key responsibility. The Director will interact with stakeholders with a diverse array of talents and roles to enable optimal product outcomes, ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. Developing evaluation methods to assess product strengths and identify areas for improvement, and enabling and supporting the management of changes and interventions to ensure product goals are achieved are also part of the role. Analyzing and managing product risks is crucial. Finally, the role involves demonstrating progress and optimization of the platform to executives and stakeholders with Key Performance Indicators and catered data visualizations, assuring the quality of HR metrics as reported through me@Keolis, ensuring the configuration of the HCM for business acquisitions and for new contract mobilizations, and managing the HR reporting framework and reporting journey to enable the evolution of conversations in the business.
