About The Position

Agency FIFTY3 is seeking a Director of Growth to lead expansion into net-new, third-party portfolios. This role is for a consultative relationship-builder who will act as a trusted peer to industry decision-makers and influencers, including C-suite executives, VPs of Marketing, and institutional ownership groups. The Director of Growth will be responsible for negotiating strategic partnerships, initiating these partnerships, and ensuring their ongoing success. The ideal candidate will architect tailored marketing solutions that scale client portfolios and drive asset performance, rather than just pitching services.

  • Experience leading the pitching, negotiation, and closing of deals including portfolio-wide Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Experience representing a company at key national industry events.
  • Ability to act as an industry thought leader and market expert.
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to ensure upcoming scopes of work are realistic, profitable, and highly deliverable.
  • Ability to vet prospects for cultural alignment, scale potential, and timeline feasibility.
  • Ability to partner with Client Success for transition.
  • Ability to maintain a highly organized sales pipeline.
  • Ability to collaborate with Marketing to confirm lead generation efforts.
  • Ability to bring direct market intelligence, competitor observations, and changing client needs back to product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with developers, owners, and third-party property management executives, decision makers and influences.
  • Analyze prospective clients’ portfolios (pacing, conversion funnels, brand positioning) to propose holistic, strategic solutions across creative branding, digital media, and website solutions.
  • Lead the pitching, negotiation, and closing of deals including portfolio-wide Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Represent Agency FIFTY3 at key national industry events, acting as an industry thought leader and market expert to build natural, inbound enterprise relationships.
  • Engage with speaking events when opportunities are available.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between external client expectations and internal agency capacity.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our senior leaders to ensure upcoming scopes of work are realistic, profitable, and highly deliverable.
  • Champion quality revenue. Protect the agency's operational health by vetting prospects for cultural alignment, scale potential, and timeline feasibility closing deals.
  • Partner with Client Success for transition, ensuring the strategic vision pitched during the sales process is seamlessly translated to account management and project management teams.
  • Strategically target prospects based on our target market, and maintain a highly organized sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to confirm lead generation efforts are on point and meeting the mark with driving qualified leads to work and the process of initial marketing touchpoint and lead nurturing between marketing and sales is driving results.
  • Bring direct market intelligence, competitor observations, and changing client needs back to FIFTY3's product teams to help us keep our digital, web, and creative offerings ahead of the curve and relevant.
