Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers and cross-tabulated survey data.
  • Ability to write business briefs, case studies and general business correspondence.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, ‘remain calm amidst chaos’.

  • Must be deadline-oriented.
  • MS Office, spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail/Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Interest in marketing, advertising and/or media.
  • Flexibility with work hours – late nights and/or weekends may be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the EVP in project management of all new business workstreams and pitch activity, and outreach.
  • Manage RFI/RFP submissions, preparing relevant research and insights, and coordinating the pitch process across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior leadership across the organization.
  • Lead partnership with BST leadership on strategic assignment development.
  • Manage case study content, consistency, and organization.
  • Help pitch teams organize content to enhance storytelling, identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a strategic sounding board for BST and creative ideation.
  • Ensure RFP objectives and brand challenges are being addressed.
  • Collaborate with the Design team and TBD PM to ensure pitch teams operate within established timelines.
  • Support tone & stylistic continuity for new business content.
  • Manage & organize written content: saving plans, identifying opportunities for enhancement, updating.
  • Lead RFI development; ensure accuracy in final submissions.
  • Collaborate with Design to ensure RFI and written deliverables are being completed per established timelines.
  • Create/Maintain a database of all RFP’s Best Answers and a library of all materials for easy access.
  • Help manage all active pitches and ensure process timelines are being adhered to.
  • Establish timelines and calendar invites for active pitches.
  • Manage day-of pitch logistics; collaborate with vendors, hospitality, EA's to ensure all day-of needs are in place.
  • Help to ideate creative engagement opportunities for pitches.
  • Oversee calendars and set up key pitch meeting dates.
