The Director of Growth Marketing, eCommerce is responsible for leading Z SUPPLY’s eCommerce growth strategy, driving performance across customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. The role oversees the scaling and optimization of performance marketing channels, implementation of experimentation frameworks, and analysis of customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. This position manages cross-channel initiatives, including paid media, organic search, retention programs, and emerging growth channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role also defines key performance metrics, implements measurement frameworks, and guides data-driven decision-making to maximize eCommerce revenue and profitability. This is a temporary 6-month employment opportunity to assist with maternity leave coverage at a director level capacity managing and operating within our Ecommerce Growth Marketing team.
