About The Position

Casechek is seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to own demand generation and drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue across their Procurement and Payment Solutions. This role will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build and run integrated campaigns, account-based programs, and funnel optimization efforts. The ultimate goal is to build the demand engine that fuels Casechek's growth, measured by pipeline and revenue generated.

  • 2+ years hiring and managing teams, ideally including SDRs

  • Hands-on expertise with CRM software and Marketing Automation (Salesforce and Pardot preferred), including lead management and attribution.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on as an individual contributor.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools, including but not limited to ZoomInfo, Clay AI, 6Sense, or MadisionLogic
  • Experience in managing 1-3 direct reports, including SDRs, is strongly preferred

  • Comfortable with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. (MBA preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, building and managing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and create sales opportunities for the Commercial team.
  • Own the overall pipeline plan, including quarterly targets, coverage, sourced-channel mix (marketing, SDR, AE/AM, partner), and budget, in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Drive pipeline acceleration programs that move opportunities through the funnel faster and improve conversion at each stage.
  • Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs against target accounts in partnership with Sales, orchestrating multi-channel plays that engage and convert priority hospitals and health systems.
  • Build and tier the target account list with Sales, and use intent data to engage the full buying committee (supply chain, perioperative, finance, revenue cycle). Track account engagement and penetration, not just leads.
  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns, including webinars, events, email, paid, and content programs that drive measurable awareness and demand.
  • Own lead management, scoring, routing, and attribution, and maintain a reporting framework that ties campaigns to pipeline, opportunities, and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Continuously analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment to inform where to invest next.
  • Define success by qualified pipeline added, not MQL volume. Build scoring and reporting around opportunities and pipeline, not lead counts.
  • Manage the marketing automation platform and its integration with Salesforce to ensure clean data, reliable lead flow, and accurate reporting across the funnel.
  • Partner closely with Sales on shared pipeline goals, service-level agreements for lead follow-up, and feedback loops that keep targeting, messaging, and handoffs tight.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to align campaigns with launches, expansion motions, and the realities of customer needs in market.
  • Build and run the inbound and outbound SDR motion, including target lists, sequences, messaging, and handoff to AEs.
  • Set qualification criteria and speed-to-lead standards for inbound, and hold the team to meetings, SQL, and pipeline targets.
  • Hire, coach, and manage a small inbound / outbound team, including a marketing associate supporting campaign and system execution and 1–2 SDRs responsible for targeted outreach and qualified pipeline generation.
