About The Position

You will lead a Growth Marketing team responsible for driving SMB advertiser growth across a portfolio of marketing channels. You will set the strategic direction for how each channel contributes to company-level growth goals, and you will empower your team to iterate and drive measurable results. You will partner closely with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Creative, Data Science, and Engineering (e.g., BT&T) teams to build aligned, full-funnel plans that move advertisers from top-of-funnel awareness through to bottom-of-funnel conversion and spend growth. This includes optimizing budget across channels and goals, building business cases for incremental experimentation and investment, and shaping the creative and product experiences that drive performance in each channel.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience.
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling performance marketing programs across multiple channels and customer segments
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, paid media ecosystems, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data-driven optimization
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies and operational plans
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and driving insights-based decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience developing teams and collaborating across functions

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global performance marketing strategy across digital channels, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and account-based programs
  • Design and scale audience-centric marketing programs for enterprise, mid-market, and small business segments
  • Build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys that drive conversion, retention, and long-term value
  • Establish and improve marketing operations, including workflow design, automation, and lead management processes
  • Manage vendor and agency strategy, ensuring consistent execution and performance across tools and partners
  • Implement experimentation frameworks, leveraging AI and automation to improve performance and speed to market
  • Build and develop a high-performing team while defining KPIs and reporting on marketing impact and effectiveness
