Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 6+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / “bizops” functions or GTM programs.
  • MBA graduate from a top-tier business school or similar academic credentials, or a direct promotion in consulting.
  • Deep understanding of typical enterprise tech business models and GTM strategies across Field Sales, Indirect Sales, Shared Services, and Marketing.
  • Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry, especially in SaaS.
  • Executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership constructively and drive decisions through influence.
  • Bias-for-action and execution mindset needed to deliver business objectives.
  • Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations.
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • GTM Strategy & Operations experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of winning GTM strategies and drive key growth initiatives to unlock business growth acceleration.
  • Combine core strategy toolkit (framing, hypothesis-driven approach, data-driven insight) with business judgment to lead and deliver major GTM initiatives.
  • Design Go-To-Market programs/ sales plays for Network Security (e.g., takeout programs, net new logo plays, channel acceleration motions, pipe gen plays).
  • Collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Marketing) to execute GTM initiatives, gather information, pressure test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, launch plays, and track value.
  • Navigate cross-business priorities and influence high-stakes decisions.
  • Lead and support strategic GTM presentations for E-Staff, Board of Directors, and others on behalf of GTM leaders.
  • Drive change and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management, and execution) to move from ideation to execution.
  • Provide systematic support & analysis for priorities (e.g., deal inspection, competitive teardowns, narrative rewrite, and enablement).
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in the business to increase awareness, propose solutions/choices, and develop programmatic responses.
  • Support strategy/business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organization.
  • Act as an advisor and sounding board for senior product and GTM leaders.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior teammates and take personal interest in their growth.
