About The Position

WEKA is seeking a visionary Director of Global Talent Acquisition to architect and execute its global hiring strategy. This role is responsible for building the engine that fuels the company's growth by overseeing the entire recruiting ecosystem to ensure the acquisition of world-class talent across Go-To-Market (GTM), GA, Product, and Engineering functions.

Requirements

12+ years in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in both Technical (Product/Eng) and Non-Technical (Sales/GTM) recruiting at scale.
At least 5 years of experience managing people, leaders, and large distributed teams.
Experience in Recruiting Operations or managing the function, with an understanding of talent acquisition technology (ATS, CRM, capacity modeling).
Executive presence with the ability to challenge and advise executive stakeholders as a talent consultant.
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects requiring buy-in from Finance, Legal, and Department Heads.
Presence in the Campbell office is required a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to align talent acquisition goals with long-term business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary recruiting organization across technical and non-technical tracks.
Optimize the recruiting tech stack, streamline the candidate journey, and improve recruiter productivity.
Utilize advanced analytics to track funnel health, predict hiring trends, and report performance metrics to the board and C-suite.
Spearhead global initiatives including Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, structured interviewing, and workforce planning.
Identify opportunities for AI to enhance talent acquisition team operations.
Maintain personal involvement by owning at least one active recruitment requisition at all times, staying connected to the candidate experience and hiring manager needs.
