We strive to understand our customers’ needs and provide solutions to meet their needs. The Director, Global Strategic Pricing Oncology will be a member of the Alliances/Early Pipeline team. The role will lead global pricing strategy across a complex, multi-asset portfolio, specifically spanning high-stakes joint alliance assets, such as V940 as well as critical early-stage oncology pipeline. In this capacity, the candidate will partner with other members in the team to develop global market access and pricing strategies, and payer value tools leading to successful launches at appropriate value recognition. For the role, the candidate would need to synthesize extensive and complex information from internal and external insights to formulate the access & pricing considerations, deliver pricing strategies, and lead discussions in key forums to support the brand. The candidate will work closely with the commercial & finance teams to develop pricing & contracting strategies, launch sequencing and develop access pathways across key markets. The candidate will also provide pricing & access input to forecast cycles and pricing guidance to markets. The candidate will collaborate with the country teams on key external initiatives to shape the broader environment to appropriately value new indications.
