Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in materials, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and logistics management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as Oracle, Epicor, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of freight management, carrier operations, customs, and import/export compliance preferred.
  • APICS, CPM, or other supply chain certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global shipping, receiving, warehousing, kitting, and inventory control operations to ensure efficient material flow and high inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee reverse logistics, returns, remanufacturing materials, quarantine, MRB, and nonconforming material control processes.
  • Drive warehouse and material flow optimization through slotting, replenishment strategies, Kanban support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage transportation, carrier relationships, freight spend, routing compliance, and logistics performance to improve service levels and total cost.
  • Support import/export compliance, customs coordination, freight documentation, and trade program execution.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory, logistics, warehouse performance, and freight management.
  • Lead warehouse systems and process improvements, including WMS enhancements and inventory transaction accuracy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support production delivery, inventory health, and supply chain execution.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing materials and logistics teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
