About The Position

This is a key management role within Global Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing responsible for leading and enabling IHG One Rewards’ marketing efforts. The purpose of this role is to optimize the effectiveness, prioritization, and delivery of our IHG One Rewards marketing, ensuring fast, disciplined execution and strong performance to support the commercial and loyalty objectives of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, and or combination of years of experience in required field.
  • 8–10+ years' experience in marketing, loyalty, commercial, strategy, digital, or hospitality operations
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs at scale
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational rigor and execution discipline
  • Executive-level communication, influence, and storytelling skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity for teams
  • People management and leadership experience required

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of accountability for Global Loyalty Marketing - serving as the lead in the management of the business planning process & oversight of the in-the-year plan - effectively building and gaining cross functional and regional/global buy-in and alignment
  • Advance global and regional marketing business requirements and market needs into programs, campaigns, processes that can be developed faster and more efficiently
  • Manage key marketing and communication strategies & plans for IHG One Rewards and program extensions across multiple regions & channels
  • Global Loyalty Marketing planning & Agency Management
  • Global IHG One Rewards brand awareness: including brand + loyalty integration
  • Loyalty program benefit marketing & communications i.e. tier, status, redemption,
  • Lifecycle Marketing: CRM and trigger-based marketing efforts
  • Loyalty-Driven Revenue: product marketing efforts for points-driven revenue
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals providing clear direction, prioritization, and performance management
  • Act as an advisor to managers or team members to help meet established schedules and/or resolve technical or operational problems.
  • Provide operational management of the budget, working closely with the VP L&P Marketing & Finance business partners
