The Director, Global HR Governance & Compliance provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization’s HR compliance, governance framework, and employment risk management practices across all global locations. This role ensures HR policies, handbooks, compliance programs, and investigation processes remain current, coordinated, and effectively managed across jurisdictions, and promotes consistent, defensible, and locally compliant HR practices. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this role partners closely with Legal, Risk, HR Business Partners, and HR functional teams to support sound decision-making and effective risk management.
