About The Position

Direct global corporate planning cycles, including coordination, development, and consolidation of the 3-year strategic plan, annual operating plan (budget), and periodic forecasts in alignment with senior leadership engagement. Manage preparation of business data and provide leadership in the development of long-term strategic global business plans. Review and analyze appropriate financial & operational data to develop standard and ad hoc reports and presentations, drafted by subordinate and other employees, for senior management, parent company, board of directors, and external stakeholders. Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with management across all functional areas to align business objectives. Lead monthly business unit review sessions, shaping consolidated presentations that highlight key business drivers and outcomes. Manage preparation of consolidated monthly flash reports and financial statements, including P/L and C/F, with emphasis on working capital performance. Drive ad hoc analysis initiatives to inform executive strategy discussions, decision-making, process improvements, and priority projects. Oversee creation, enhancement, and maintenance of complex financial models to support strategic planning. Spearhead development and implementation of improved processes related to financial planning and reporting. Direct variance analysis, scenario modeling, cash flow analysis, data validation, ad hoc reporting, and systems oversight to support executive decision-making. Manage Company budget process. Review and approve financial matters as appropriate of affiliated companies.

Requirements

Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
10 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting experience in a large, multi-business unit manufacturing company environment.
5 years of experience in planning business strategies, budget planning, analyzing business performance, and profitability and financial status for multi-faceted global operations and turnaround strategies
2 years of experience in implementing SAP ERP modules in a global manufacturing organization, including Asia.
Domestic and International travel required up to 25% of time.
