About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Employee Experience to build and lead the programs, experiences, and communications that make our company a great place to work. This role owns the framework for our global employee experience. You’ll shape how employees experience our offices, company communications, onboarding, all-hands, global offsites, and other programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide employee experience strategy that strengthens connection, engagement, culture, and belonging across a global workforce, in partnership with business leaders, People Business Partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish standards, processes, and measurement for employee-facing programs to ensure a consistent, scalable, and effective employee experience across the organization.
  • Continuously gather employee feedback and use data and insights to improve the experience, partnering with People Business Partners and leaders to understand business context and emerging needs.
  • Develop and oversee employee-facing programs, including survey programs and ongoing enablement. Collaborating with People Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant, effectively implemented, and responsive to employee and business needs.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness and impact, using insights to inform priorities and continuously improve programs and the overall employee experience.
  • Own the end-to-end employee onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have a consistent and high-quality experience from offer acceptance through their first months at the company.
  • Partner with Recruiting, People Operations, IT, hiring managers, and business leaders to create a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Develop engaging onboarding programs that help new employees quickly understand our company, culture, strategy, people, and ways of working.
  • Own company-wide onboarding experiences, including new-hire orientation, onboarding communications, programming, and key connection points.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding using new-hire feedback and engagement data.
  • Create a scalable onboarding experience that works across countries, time zones, and different employee populations while maintaining a consistent company experience.
  • Own the employee experience in our offices, including programming, events, community-building, and the overall employee-facing experience.
  • Create an office strategy that gives employees compelling reasons to spend time together while supporting different ways of working.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and local leaders to ensure the physical workplace supports the intended employee experience.
  • Own the strategy and operating rhythm for company-wide employee communications and all-hands.
  • Partner with executives and business leaders to translate company priorities, decisions, into clear employee communications.
  • Create a consistent, high-quality experience for company meetings and key employee touch points.
  • Establish communication channels, standards, and best practices that reduce noise and increase employee understanding.
  • Partner with Business Operations and leadership team on planning, and execution of major company-wide gatherings, including global offsites.
  • Develop experiences that strengthen relationships, build trust, reinforce culture, and create meaningful connections across a distributed workforce.
  • Build repeatable frameworks that allow the company to scale global events without sacrificing quality or employee experience.
