About The Position

The Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) is recruiting for a Director, Global Compound Market Access Leader (CMAL) in Neuroscience based in Raritan, NJ. This role operates on a hybrid model (3 days per week on‑site), consistent with industry standards and designed to balance flexibility with collaboration. This is a senior strategic leadership role accountable for defining and delivering the global market access strategy for assigned Neuroscience asset(s) within JJIM’s industry-leading Neuroscience portfolio.
