This role will be located in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA. The Director, Global Compensation leads global compensation related projects including wage analysis, development and communication of policies and guidelines. They partner with International HR and business partners to determine appropriate compensation packages for expatriate assignments. This role also partners in the design and execution of global HRIS resources as they relate to global compensation (Oracle). The Director manages established compensation programs through the HRIS systems including objective setting, performance reviews, merit process, bonus process, and creates global communications for each program. They track, analyze and report on year over year merit and bonus budget, and create annual budget forecasts by country based on merit and bonus plan funding. This role manages the development of international salary structures with Regional HR, conducts market pricing, job slotting, and manages global salary administration as required. They maintain and run periodic as well as ad-hoc reports on compensation-related data from the HRIS system, and conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity. The Director responds to data requests, uses Excel to manipulate data for analysis, and conducts periodic global wage analysis to ensure market competitiveness on all compensation related programs. They respond to internal requests for review of existing jobs, pricing new positions, reviewing requests for promotions, salary adjustments, ensuring internal and external equity. The Director assists the Vice President, Compensation and Benefits with on-going projects, maintains project timelines, creates presentations, communication materials, policies, etc. They assist with the design, implementation, communication and administration of new incentive plans, recognition and rewards programs, and provide budget analysis, track and report on status of on-going plan activity. This role leads projects, makes presentations to groups, and manages multiple projects with shifting priorities. The Director remains up-to-date on country wage hour law regulations by attending various seminars and informational meetings as it pertains to the job function, and educates employees and HR staff as necessary. They work with external vendors to develop and incorporate internal compensation programs to ensure the Company is compliant with Executive Order 11246, including all applicable related regulatory obligations, preparation of data for Affirmative Action Plans and responses to audit requests. Other related duties are assigned as needed.
