About The Position

The Global Compensation Director is a key leader within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, responsible for providing leadership and management for compensation programs and processes including equity, proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis disclosure, Board and executive deferred compensation, project management, compensation program design, and providing regional leadership for total rewards for Latin America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global, executive and sales compensation
  • Experience supporting a publicly traded company, including proxy disclosure
  • Experience in compensation program design, including sales compensation, short- and long-term incentive plans
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience, including managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
  • MBA or Master’s degree, Human Resources or related field
  • Experience leading compensation transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation regulations and governance practices

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key advisor on executive compensation strategy, including pay-for-performance alignment, benchmarking, and design of incentive programs
  • Partner with the VP, Total Rewards to develop materials and recommendations for executive leadership and the Compensation Committee
  • Lead the proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) process, ensuring clear, accurate, and compelling disclosure
  • Provide oversight of equity compensation programs, ensuring effective governance, compliance, administration, and alignment with company objectives
  • Oversee executive and Board of Directors deferred compensation programs
  • Lead global compensation program modifications and redesign
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable compensation practices globally
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and public company standards
  • Drive standardization while enabling appropriate regional flexibility
  • Lead compensation program redesign projects
  • Lead and deliver key compensation projects, including policy updates, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to modernize compensation practices, tools, and operating models
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation philosophy, policies, and pay decisions
  • Leverage compensation systems (e.g., Workday) and market data tools to drive efficiency and insight
  • Develop and deliver data-driven analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decisions
  • Enhance reporting, dashboards, and executive-level insights related to compensation programs
  • Lead compensation strategy and execution for Latin America, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with global frameworks
  • Manage country-specific compensation reviews, including inflation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure adjustments
  • Partner with global benefits and regional HR to deliver integrated Total Rewards solutions
