Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of private equity accounting experience.
4+ years of management experience.
Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen overall client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
Oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables across multiple client engagements.
Review and approve client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key financial reports.
Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Provide technical accounting guidance and industry insights to support clients’ evolving needs.
Coordinate, manage, and monitor the external audit process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Lead, develop, and mentor team members to foster growth, collaboration, and professional excellence.
Ensure team adherence to internal control policies, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client growth and service enhancement.
