Everlane is looking for a highly motivated Director to join our Finance team and lead the FP&A function to support Everlane’s next phase of growth. You will play a critical role in generating financial and operational insights that drive business results. You will serve as the finance partner to each of our business functions and influence decision-making consistent with our strategies and aligned to our financial goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, detail-oriented, and curious. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to multitask, prioritize projects and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You have the capability and vision to scale the function in-line with company growth. This position reports directly to the CFO. This is a full-time virtual role, but we are partial to candidates in the Los Angeles area.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A positions - ideally with roles in both large, well-run public companies and smaller, high-growth companies
Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors is required
Technical capability and hands-on willingness to build complex financial models and conduct detailed data analysis
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated track-record for building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

Understanding of Customer Analytics and Digital Marketing is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual cycles for financial forecasting and reporting
Manage the overall Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Innovate and improve the cross-functional financial planning processes, reporting standards and KPIs
Provide decision-support to business partners across the company on key financial and operational topics through data analysis and business understanding
Go deep with ad hoc analysis to generate business insights and develop actionable recommendations
Responsible for Board & Parent Group updates and Financial Management Reporting
