Edelman Financial Engines•Seattle, WA

About The Position

Edelman Financial Engines is hiring an experienced financial advisor to provide objective, fee-based financial advice and asset management to clients who have already enrolled with the firm. The advisor’s focus is on understanding clients’ needs, delivering comprehensive financial planning, presenting recommendations, and building trusted, long-term relationships—not on marketing or converting prospects. Success is measured through client satisfaction, retention, and the ability to deepen relationships in ways that support organic growth, including additional assets, expanded planning opportunities, and referrals. Compensation includes a base salary and performance-based bonus, with potential for growing earnings. The anticipated total target cash range is $125,000–$350,000; final base pay depends on responsibilities, job-related skills, experience, location, and market conditions. The role may also be eligible for other compensation and benefits, including a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
