About The Position

The Director will work extensively with US Commercial teams as a key financial and strategic business partner to support the goals and growth of our Company's US Human Health Commercial business. The Director is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, Sales & Operations Planning, and financial evaluation activity for their business area. The director partners closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, account management, research, manufacturing, legal, compliance and corporate teams to evaluate business performance and identify, evaluate and execute strategic opportunities. The Director will develop a deep understanding of their business area and their strategic contribution to the broader our Company's enterprise. A successful candidate will have an intrinsic curiosity about the healthcare industry, a dedication to serving customers, a passion for learning, and an eagerness to collaborate in solving complex business challenges. The position requires an enterprise mindset, effective communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate across a broad network of stakeholders. This position is aligned to the Oncology business units and includes responsibility for financial support across the US Oncology portfolios. The position oversees three direct reports and is located in Upper Gwynedd, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in a role providing direct support to internal business customers (e.g, Marketing, Manufacturing, Research)

Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A activities (Actuals, Budget, Long Range Operating Plans, and other forecasts) while ensuring proper linkage with the Global Customer Business Line and Corporate teams
  • Partner with commercial and analytics teams to forecast revenue, including pre-launch, post-launch and competition scenario analysis to assess key business decisions and strategies
  • Partner with marketing, sales, operations, market access, market research and other teams to assess business performance and drive growth
  • Provide strategic and financial insight on key business decisions and new initiatives; develop, evaluate, and present business cases to senior leaders
  • Evaluate and communicate market, product, and financial performance drivers
  • Build talent within the team, providing guidance and feedback to support team members’ development goals
