Director, Finance Operations - FT, Day - Jefferson Health (Lehigh Valley/Center City)
About The Position
This position supports an assigned enterprise division, geographic market, or hospital campus, working directly with finance and senior leadership to analyze and provide financial information and data for decision-making. The role evaluates performance and identifies process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin. The Director will provide monthly financial performance reviews of assigned portfolios to senior leadership, compile projections, and vet assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market using various financial, corporate, and clinical systems. The role also involves reviewing and performing market analysis to understand the viability of opportunities and initiatives, evaluating plan performance to assess success, and assessing opportunities timely to provide action items to achieve or exceed budget, including identifying opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs, or increasing revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 7 years Finance, Accounting experience working in Healthcare/Pharma.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania
Responsibilities
