About The Position

America At Work is conducting this search on behalf of a confidential global organization. The Opportunity We’re seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to support a large, complex Technology Infrastructure organization in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area . This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader who combines strategic business partnership with hands-on FP&A expertise . You’ll work closely with senior Technology leaders to manage financial performance, evaluate major investments, improve forecasting, and provide insights that influence business decisions.

Requirements

Strong Technology Finance experience
Hands-on FP&A expertise
Experience owning a large, complex portfolio
Experience partnering with senior executives in a large, matrixed organization.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems .
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
People leadership experience.

Apptio/TBM experience
Agile IT exposure
technology infrastructure finance experience
a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting for a large Technology portfolio.
Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior Technology leadership.
Analyze financial performance, variances, risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
Develop business cases and evaluate major technology investments.
Provide hands-on financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Partner across Technology, Finance, Sourcing, Product, and other functions .
Apply Technology Business Management (TBM) principles to technology costs and P&L management.
Drive financial and operational process improvements.
Lead and develop Finance professionals.
Present financial recommendations to senior executives.
