You will design and execute high-impact programs, including executive events, industry activations, partner co-marketing, and targeted ABM initiatives aligned to sales priorities. Success in this role requires equal parts strategist, operator, and relationship builder.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through regional and account-based programs
  • Strong partnership skills with enterprise sales teams
  • Experience in planning and executing executive-level events
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Regional & Account-Based Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned to revenue targets, priority industries, and strategic accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline creation, expansion, and deal acceleration
  • Translate corporate campaigns into localized, high-touch programs that resonate with buyers
  • Event & Experience Leadership
  • Own the strategy and execution of partner events, executive briefings, roadshows, and third-party and owned events
  • Design memorable experiences that drive senior-level engagement and brand differentiation
  • Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure seamless alignment with digital campaigns before, during, and after events
  • Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
  • Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., cloud providers, technology partners) on joint programs
  • Co-fund and co-execute campaigns that expand reach and credibility
  • Represent the company at partner events and ecosystem activities
  • Pipeline & Revenue Impact
  • Deliver measurable pipeline contribution from field programs
  • Track performance metrics including attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and ROI
  • Optimize programs based on data and sales feedback
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for regional sales teams
  • Coordinate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Content to ensure message consistency
  • Provide field insights to inform broader marketing strategy
  • Budget & Operations
  • Manage regional budgets and forecast program spend
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to the highest-impact activities
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting standards
