About The Position

Cornerstone is looking for a Director of Field Marketing to join our Field Marketing team. We are looking for a creative, driven, and strategic leader to focus on building compelling marketing campaign activations that create a qualified pipeline for both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within the base. You will be responsible for leading the team that designs and implements programs that influence customer expansion, improve retention, and drive revenue - all while delivering outstanding value to our customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated, demand-oriented marketing
  • Experience in a Saas Technology Organization
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage prospects while using AI to be more efficient.
  • You have proven experience building highly functioning, engaged teams that get stuff done...and have a good time doing it
  • Skilled in cultivating trust-based working relationships across different functional teams, including creative, product marketing, sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of executing effective campaigns that drive pipeline to reach company goals.
  • Energetic and proactive team player with a sense of humor.
  • Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity: Contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and activations to drive customer expansion and retention goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product and customer success to gather insights and data to inform customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing campaigns
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted messaging that resonates with our Americas customers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified customer experience.
  • Align marketing efforts with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer feedback.
  • Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators to measure, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and sales pipeline.
  • Make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Forecast and manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
