Position Summary Staccato is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to lead brand execution across dealer locations, pro stores, events, and other physical touchpoints. This role owns store-in-store concepts, fixtures, POS, and field activations that elevate brand presence, improve retail execution, and support sales. It is responsible for bringing the brand to life with consistency, premium quality, and operational discipline in every market-facing environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, experiential marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience building and executing dealer merchandising programs, fixtures, displays, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Proven success managing event setup, field logistics, and physical brand environments.
  • Strong project management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to align field execution with sales priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong standard for premium execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting premium consumer, luxury, or enthusiast-led brands.
  • Experience with retail merchandising, store design, or environmental branding.
  • Experience managing fabrication, print production, installation, and field deployment partners.
  • Familiarity with budget ownership, asset lifecycle management, and multi-location rollout planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field marketing across dealer environments, pro stores, events, fixtures, POS, and branded field assets.
  • Develop dealer merchandising and store-in-store concepts that elevate brand presence and improve the retail experience.
  • Own the strategy, development, and rollout of displays, fixtures, signage, and point-of-sale materials across dealer channels.
  • Ensure physical brand expression reflects the same premium quality, consistency, and performance as the product itself.
  • Lead event setup and support for trade shows, dealer meetings, range events, and brand activations.
  • Build and manage execution plans, timelines, budgets, and deployment schedules for field marketing initiatives.
  • Manage vendors, fabricators, production partners, and logistics providers to deliver high-quality field execution.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to support market needs, improve in-store visibility, and align execution with campaigns and product priorities.
  • Oversee production quality, distribution, installation, maintenance, and inventory of field fixtures and marketing materials.
  • Establish field marketing standards, processes, and reporting that improve consistency, execution discipline, and leadership visibility.
