Total Wine & More is seeking a Director, Facilities to join our Store Operations team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role will lead facilities management functions supporting our retail store operations across multiple markets and regions. This role will drive the execution of maintenance and repair programs, vendor management, capital improvement initiatives, and energy management strategies to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing store environments. The Director, Facilities will partner closely with Store Operations, including Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers, to identify opportunities to improve the in-store experience, reduce operating expenses, and optimize maintenance performance across a multi-unit retail portfolio. This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with Construction, Store Design, Real Estate, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance teams to support lifecycle asset management and total cost of ownership initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President of Store Operations & Facilities.
