The Director, Executive Compensation, is responsible for the design, administration, governance, and communication of executive compensation and benefits programs that support the company’s business strategy, attract and retain top talent, and align pay outcomes with shareholder interests. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CHRO, and the Compensation Talent Committee on all matters related to executive compensation, equity compensation, and compensation governance. The Director will lead the execution of executive pay strategies, annual compensation planning, incentive design, market benchmarking, proxy disclosures, and regulatory compliance in a public company environment. This role is based in Northridge, CA and follows a hybrid work model, with onsite presence varying based on meetings, collaboration needs, and team activities.
