The Director, Executive Communications serves as the central owner of executive storytelling and visibility across internal and external platforms, with a primary focus on the CEO and full C suite. This role is responsible for shaping, aligning, and executing a cohesive executive narrative that reinforces company strategy, builds trust, and drives engagement across employees, distributors, investors, media, and other key stakeholders. The Director oversees critical executive visibility channels including earnings communications, internal leadership platforms, executive social presence, and key speaking and thought leadership moments, while also leading enterprise wide internal communications. Partnering closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and Brand, this leader ensures that executive communications are clear, consistent, modern, and effective across every touchpoint.
