About The Position

The Director, Evening MBA Program, within the Sloan MBA Program Office, is responsible for all aspects of developing, implementing, and executing a new two-year MBA program for working professionals. This program is expected to enroll 140 students annually, reaching a steady-state enrollment of 280 students. The Director oversees the complete student experience, both inside and outside the classroom. They will work closely with faculty, Admissions, Career Development, and Student Services to support high-achieving working professionals with 3-7 years of experience. A key responsibility is to collect and utilize data and student feedback for continuous improvement and innovation. In the program's first year, the Director will design and implement the entire program experience for the initial cohort. Additionally, the Director will co-chair the Evening MBA Program Committee with a faculty director to establish policies and consider significant program changes. The Director will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising two Assistant Directors and a Program Coordinator, as well as managing the operating budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of five years of administration or operations experience and/or project/program management
• Experience in academic administration, student affairs, or program management in a higher education setting
• Demonstrated experience advising or supporting graduate or professional students
• Experience managing professional staff
