About The Position

Comoto Holdings is seeking a seasoned ERP leader with deep experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) to own the JDE application portfolio. This role requires a leader who is experienced in fulfillment center operations, accounting & finance, and executive leadership. The Director, ERP will be responsible for the JDE platform and ecosystem, including fulfillment (RFSmart, Parcel/shipping, QC Software, warehouse robotics), financials and AP (ScanMan, K-RISE), integrations, orchestration, and supporting applications. They will lead a team of functional analysts, developers, and finance analysts, and manage vendor relationships. Key partnerships will include Systems Operations/IT, Accounting & Finance, and Fulfillment Center leadership. The role involves setting JDE strategy and roadmap, driving delivery discipline, managing projects as a business, owning solutioning across fulfillment and financials, establishing governance and compliance, mitigating key-person risk, and driving modernization and cloud initiatives, including OCI migration and AI integration.

Requirements

  • 16+ years of ERP experience.
  • 10+ years of deep, current hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • 5+ years leading teams at the Manager/Director level, currently operating at Director level or above.
  • Proven track record leading ERP transformations, including two or more end-to-end ERP/JDE transformation or organizational-restructuring initiatives with measurable results.
  • Deep JDE domain expertise across both fulfillment/distribution and financials/AP.
  • End-to-end JDE depth, including Projects, Support, and CNC knowledge.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including experience with SOWs and delivery accountability.
  • Metrics-driven operator with a strong ability to manage and report delivery metrics and spend.
  • Fluent in JDE integration tooling (Orchestrator/AIS) and active in the AI space around ERP.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, powersports, or high-volume distribution, multi-brand experience.
  • JDE 9.2 and cloud migration (OCI) experience.
  • Experience operating in a PCI/SOC 2 environment and with international/multicurrency operations.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade third-party tools that assist in the JDE ecosystem.
  • Master's Degree/MBA.
  • Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy & roadmap for JDE, aligning with business priorities and executive leadership.
  • Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for JDE to the business, executive team, and external partners.
  • Lead and develop the JDE team, setting clear expectations and fostering growth.
  • Install delivery discipline for JDE projects, from charter to execution, with clear metrics.
  • Manage JDE projects as a business, focusing on ROI and structured execution.
  • Oversee solutioning for fulfillment and financials/AP, partnering with relevant departments.
  • Establish and maintain governance, compliance, and auditability for the JDE environment.
  • Mitigate key-person risk by developing managed services and expanding the managed-service model.
  • Drive the modernization and cloud roadmap for JDE, including OCI migration and AI integration.
