Director, Epidemiology and Survey Research
About The Position
The Director of Epidemiology & Survey Research provides scientific and operational leadership for the Global Center's portfolio of survey research, epidemiologic studies, measurement development, and psychometric research. The position is accountable for the scientific design, methodological rigor, implementation, and successful execution of large-scale surveys and population-based research studies conducted across global settings. The Director oversees research staff, contractors, vendors, and external partners while ensuring scientific integrity, research quality, operational excellence, and achievement of project objectives.
Requirements
- Scientific and operational leadership experience.
- Experience in survey research, epidemiologic studies, measurement development, and psychometric research.
- Experience in scientific design, methodological rigor, implementation, and execution of large-scale surveys and population-based research studies.
- Experience overseeing research staff, contractors, vendors, and external partners.
- Knowledge of scientific integrity, research quality, and operational excellence.
