Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

Directs, develops, and oversees the general health and safety policies and procedures of the organization, implementing short and long-range strategic safety goals, while identifying EHS concerns and recommending solutions
Oversees safety and compliance programs and processes, conducting internal safety location audits and inspections to monitor compliance and effectiveness of company pro
Manage and maintain accident rate statistics while creating and revising new safety programs to maintain safety regulation compliance
Implement and monitor effectiveness of employee safety training curriculum and conduct formal investigations on all major work-related incidents, issuing a report on the root cause and recommending any suggestions
Other duties as assigned
