About The Position

Butte College is seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Data Strategy. Under the direction of the Chief Technology Officer, this position provides leadership and overall project management for the District's enterprise technology environment, including the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, enterprise applications, data administration, and web services. The Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the District's core enterprise systems that support instructional, administrative, and business operations, while also overseeing technology project delivery, system integrations, application security initiatives, data governance, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations in alignment with the District's strategic technology priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS) or Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise application management; administering enterprise business applications, application integration, enterprise software, business intelligence, data governance or related technology functions
Four (4) years of management experience leading professional and technical staff.
Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity and sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds of community college students and staff.
