Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise strategy, governance, architecture, or related technology leadership
Experience managing shared-services or Center of Excellence teams across multiple business units or entities.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and practices, including JSOX, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, MES, PLM, CRM) and modern AI and automation tools.

Master’s Degree
Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Azure, AWS, or similar credentials
