About The Position

The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for core technology infrastructure, including data center services, cloud platforms, servers, storage, virtualization, backup and recovery, identity services, Microsoft 365, DNS, application load balancing, and enterprise monitoring. This role ensures infrastructure services are secure, reliable, scalable, cost-effective, well-documented, and aligned with institutional priorities. The Director leads technical staff and partners with IT leadership, cybersecurity, applications, networking, service management, Legal, vendors, and campus units to support continuity, compliance, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
