Guide development and execution of workforce planning strategies, align critical skills, development, and staffing pipelines with program demand, and drive fulfillment processes that position engineering talent where it is needed most. Integrate an enterprise-connected university strategy, strengthening partnerships, cultivating early-career pipelines, and shaping long‑term engineering capability development. Set the vision for Engineering’s metrics, analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, empowering your team to deliver actionable insights that enhance decision-making and drive operational predictability. Provide executive leadership across bid, pursuit, and program execution readiness, ensuring optimized processes and align workforce resources to support major proposals and ongoing execution. Central to the role is cultivating an engaged, innovative, and high‑performing engineering organization by coaching your leaders on people engagement strategies that improve culture, retention, development, and organizational health. Partner across Raytheon, RTX, and functional partners to harmonize processes, implement enterprise frameworks, and influence cross-functional improvement initiatives. Lead your organization in driving initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness, strengthen performance, and improve execution outcomes across the entire engineering community.
