About The Position

Honeywell Connected Enterprises (HCE) is rapidly growing and is looking for a Director, Engineering Program Manager to join the HCE Program Management Office (PMO) team. This role is responsible for leading HCE portfolios, engaging across stakeholders to deliver software solutions for the Industrial Automation and Building Automation business units. The position reports to the Sr Director of PMO based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Honeywell helps organizations solve complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition through its Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments, powered by Honeywell Forge software.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end program executions.
• Experience in energy sufficiency, industrial automation, and process solution product line programs.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional leaders.
• Ability to establish influential internal/external partnerships at all levels.
• Engineering degree.
• Project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCE portfolios.
• Engage across stakeholders to deliver software solutions for the Industrial Automation and Building Automation business units.
• Manage end-to-end program executions for energy sufficiency, industrial automation, and process solution product line programs.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders.
