This role is responsible for supporting and demonstrating IMA’s core values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Director will interact professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person. Key responsibilities include managing regional financial strategy team leads, coordinating workload and projects, providing feedback for professional development, and participating in the hiring process. On a national level, the Director will lead financial strategy servicing meetings, develop training curriculums, identify opportunities for quality standards and best practices, and implement initiatives to improve service offerings. They will also mentor financial strategists, interact with market and national leadership, and implement innovative products and services. In terms of underwriting and analysis, the Director will act as a peer reviewer and mentor for complex client accounts, develop servicing standards for financial strategy, perform high degrees of analysis to identify trends and client needs, and communicate findings to leadership and partners. For marketing, renewals, and partnerships, the Director will assist with marketing template updates, RFP submissions, data management, and review complex marketing. They will execute standard processes for financial analysis of various coverage types, negotiate with national carrier partners, and build key carrier and vendor relationships. Finally, the Director will determine communication strategies for delivering financial strategy to clients and champion new initiatives to leadership.
