About The Position

The Director of EMEA and APAC Marketing will serve as the strategic marketing leader for Precor and Peloton Commercial across international markets, driving regional growth, brand strength, and commercial performance. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for translating global marketing strategy into impactful regional execution, overseeing demand generation and pipeline growth, and leading a distributed team across EMEA and APAC. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence, ensuring both brands maintain their unique market positioning while maximizing opportunities to deliver a unified portfolio story. The Director will partner closely with global marketing, sales, product, and channel teams to accelerate growth, optimize market expansion efforts, and deliver measurable business results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a Director or senior leadership role.
  • Experience leading marketing functions across international markets, preferably within EMEA and APAC.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful regional growth and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing remote, cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing investments with measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience within commercial fitness, hospitality, connected hardware, technology, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and global leadership teams to translate global marketing strategy into impactful, localized execution across EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Serve as the marketing owner and brand steward for Precor and Peloton Commercial across international markets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of each brand's unique value proposition while advancing a cohesive portfolio narrative across both brands.
  • Drive alignment between global brand standards and regional market needs to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
  • Lead marketing efforts supporting the expansion of Precor and Peloton Commercial across EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and commercial initiatives.
  • Support the evolution from direct-market approaches to channel-partner-led growth strategies where applicable.
  • Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to inform localization strategies and optimize regional marketing performance.
  • Ensure campaigns, messaging, and promotional activities resonate across diverse customer segments and regional market dynamics.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of regional marketers across EMEA and APAC.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison between regional teams and global marketing, product, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners, supporting co-marketing initiatives, sales enablement efforts, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline growth and revenue performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with sales teams and channel partners to deliver localized sales enablement materials, case studies, and lead-generation tools.
  • Ensure marketing investments are aligned to business priorities and contribute to sustainable growth across EMEA and APAC.
