The company is seeking a Director, Ecommerce and Marketing Analytics to define how data, insight, and AI drive decision-making across the organization. This foundational leadership role serves as the analytical hub, supporting eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Operations. Embedded within the eCommerce organization, the role's company-wide mandate is to transform data into insight, insight into implications, and implications into clear, actionable recommendations. It is responsible for establishing analytical standards, governing AI-enabled workflows, ensuring data integrity, and elevating decision-making processes across the business.
