We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Director, E-Commerce Commercial & Capabilities Excellence to join our team to drive industry leading results in one of the fastest growing and exciting channels of CPG. This position influences all Nestle USA divisions to build and execute eCommerce and Omnichannel capabilities that will progress the entire portfolio of brands across all retailers. The role will have a heavy focus on scaling industry-leading eCommerce and Digital capabilities at scale, while driving a culture of speed, agility and a test-and-learn mindset. The Director, E-Commerce Commercial & Capabilities Excellence will require a deep understanding of eCommerce and retailer trends, consumer and shopper behavior, and emerging technologies including AI and Agentic Commerce to drive modern and effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously, be able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities and work closely across functional partners. Responsible for setting the strategy and building the capabilities of the ABC function within to deliver a seamless, customer-centric digital shopping experience that drives engagement, conversion, and sales. This role will lead and develop a team to support eCommerce growth goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams, across business units and functions, to drive digital shelf excellence, including but not limited to retailer content performance and syndication, product attribute accuracy, digital tools, measurement and reporting. This role blends strategic leadership and hands-on analytics execution — ideal for someone who can move fluidly between pulling data, building stories, coaching, and influencing senior leaders.
