About The Position

Responsible for planning, creating, implementing and promoting a culture of gratitude through a comprehensive, strategic donor relations program, including gift acknowledgment, gift stewardship, donor recognition and donor engagement to further Providence's fundraising goals in Southern California. The Regional Director will build and mentor a team of dedicated donor relations professionals to steward all gifts and recognize and engage donors, with a strong emphasis on major and principal gifts. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., English, history, communications, humanities)
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
• Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
• 10 or more years experience in stewardship/donor relations
• 8 years leadership experience
