About The Position

Are you ready to shape the future of digital supply chain planning for iconic global snacking brands? As the Director, Digital Technology Business Partner - E2E Planning, you will serve as the strategic digital leader and primary conduit between North American business leadership and Global Digital Technologies teams. In this critical, dedicated role, you will lead the digital transformation of our end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP capabilities across North America—harmonizing processes, retiring legacy disparate systems, and deploying enterprise-grade global platforms. You will co-own the multi-year digital capability roadmap with business executives, modernizing our technology ecosystem and embedding cutting-edge AI, cognitive planning, and digital twins into our supply network. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 15+ years of progressive professional IT and business partnership experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale supply chain planning and digital transformation programs.
  • Extensive hands-on experience implementing, or managing enterprise APS platforms (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, SAP APO).
  • In-depth, solid understanding in SAP ERP systems and their architecture/integration with Advanced Planning Solutions (APS).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with VP- and Senior Director-level executives, translating complex business strategies into actionable multi-year digital roadmaps.
  • Strong background in reimagining, harmonizing, and digitizing end-to-end IBP/S&OP processes within large multinational organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct implementation experience with Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Deep understanding functional/technical knowledge of SAP IBP and/or SAP APO.
  • Proven experience evaluating and integrating emerging supply chain technologies (e.g., AI/ML touchless planning, predictive analytics, digital twins).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP/Sr. Director-level business executives to define and execute multi-year digital capability roadmaps that directly support enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Guide the modernization and adoption of advanced planning technology stacks (APS) across the North America region, retiring legacy platforms and driving standard global deployments.
  • Act as the strategic conduit between North American business stakeholders and global DT product teams, ensuring regional requirements are embedded into global roadmaps while championing global standards locally.
  • Partner with business process owners to reimagine and harmonize end-to-end IBP/S&OP processes prior to deploying digital automation and advanced tools.
  • Lead the strategy and execution to bring regional-specific digital products to life when local market requirements fall outside the core global roadmap.
  • Drive the AI and advanced analytics agenda across supply chain planning, actively evaluating tech startups, vendor roadmaps, touchless planning capabilities, and digital twins to deliver competitive advantage.
  • Ensure flawless business readiness, adoption, and value realization for digital planning products deployed across North America.
