Within the Bank Omni Sales & Service organization, USAA is hiring a Director, Digital/Technical Product Management to shape, manage, and optimize the tools and platforms that contact center employees use to service and support USAA’s customers. These tools include core agent desktop/CRMs, performance management platforms, call recording & transcription, workflow systems, and others leveraged within contact center operations. This leader will manage 4-6 product & process owners who oversee the different tools, gathering stakeholder feedback and partnering with technology teams to optimize performance and drive business outcomes. This role will join a broader team responsible for managing and enhancing the overall integrated contact center ecosystem across voice, live chat, and knowledge management systems. This Director leads a team of Digital or Technology Product Managers responsible for the strategy, ideation, definition, development, and performance of digital and technology products and their experiences for USAA and its members. They oversee highly complex or strategic initiatives typically requiring enterprise-level visibility. The role involves collaborating with Business and Technology stakeholders to lead a team responsible for tackling complex and challenging problems while maintaining situational awareness of the market to maximize the product portfolio. The focus is on the operational effectiveness, goals, and performance of the team and their products or product line, ensuring strategic alignment within a product portfolio.
