About The Position

Method is seeking a Director, Digital Solutions to join their Healthcare practice. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for growing and scaling the practice. The ideal candidate will understand how healthcare organizations operate, translate this into client relationships, and drive meaningful digital work. The role involves owning a portfolio of healthcare accounts, driving new business, ensuring value creation for clients, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy in healthcare.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital consulting, product, or agency roles
  • Meaningful experience in healthcare, including health systems, MedTech, pharma, or adjacent industry segments
  • Proven ability to build and grow senior client relationships
  • Strong communication, solutioning, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable operating as both a strategic advisor and hands-on delivery lead
  • Familiarity with how healthcare organizations evaluate and procure digital services

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare clients, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with sales and leadership to pursue new logos and respond to RFPs
  • Maintain a 50% billable target across active engagements
  • Translate client business challenges into digital product strategies and solutions
  • Provide SME input on proposals, pitches, and pursuit efforts
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and apply them to client work
  • Serve as engagement lead on active healthcare accounts
  • Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes
  • Monitor engagement health and escalate or adjust as needed
  • Contribute to the development of Method's healthcare go-to-market approach
  • Help refine and expand offerings tailored to healthcare buyers
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
